The ideal meal is roughly half carbs, quarter% protein/meat, a little bit of healthy fats, 2 fruit/veggies. Here are some if my favorites. Overnight oats are super quick and nice. Mix it up with some fruit, nuts, and sprinkle some protein powder in it to beef it up. Lox bagel is my favorites, you can fancy it up with an avocado spread. Go easy on the cream cheese. Grab a fruit. Burritos can be pre-made. 2 eggs and some whites, chicken, peppers, onions, meat, cheese. If you got more time, swap the Tortilla with some roasted potatoes. Rice, eggs, fruit. Toss some salmon it really class it up.
