@Matias Castellanos Hows it coming along?

Kinetic chain is the ability you incorporate your lower body into your upper body. Its all connected. The lateral sling facia is essentially a group of muscles that come over your shoulder, down and across your back, to over your hips. To feel it engage push your top hand out and the roll your wrist away from your body. You'll feel tension through your shoulder/back - thats what delivers power and engages your core.
Hello My name is suhaila
I’m new to this. I’ve been wanting to improve my shots and get some more powerful ones. But I need some tips.

Step one is dial in the technique, and I know nobody likes to hear it; Repetition is key. Coached reps > Video Reps > Quality Reps > random reps. I am not familiar with your training space, but if you have a pad and target. Try for 15+ minutes of shots - thats about 100ish. Fire 10 outside leg wrist, 10 inside leg, 10 switching each leg. 1 set of 30 as quick as you can, no handles. 1 set for accuracy. Head up, pick a spot. 1 set as hard as you can. Try different ways. Then fire 10 or more shots Your favorite way. For a kinesiology/mechanical approach you have to engage the kinetic chain. When you go to shoot roll your top hand away from you, youll feel a stretch over your shoulder and down your back. That’ll snap your hand and engage your your lateral sling. Also your same foot as your top hand, turn it slightly inwards, internally rotating your hip, you'll feel tension through your abductors and glutes. Try it out. See how it feels.
P90TM
I’ve been using a p28 curve and feel like it is a little too much and in the past I used a p92 curve and I feel like it isn’t enough curve. I’ve been thinking about switching to the p90tm because I heard it’s a mix of both. Thoughts?

Ive spent way too much money on sticks. The p90TM may be the fit. Its a safer more predictable pattern. The puck will sit back a bit off the toe. What do you not like about the 28 and 92?

@Will Binkley The commercially available curve that sits in the middle would be the 90TM. Give it a whirl and see how it goes, I feel it’ll fit your play style. The 28 is a very fickle curve, the heavy toe, open blade paired with a rockered lie is a big change from P92. The 28 is the best in tight and the TDR tho, it’s pop when you pull it in is 🤌. That said it takes adjustment to get use to it, and moving to another curve feels just nit as lively.

Breakfast: oatmeal with sliced banana, walnuts, honey a mandarin orange and usually half a protein shake. Morning snack: handful of almonds, cheese, ape(idea is whole food to hold over to lunch) Lunch: turkey sandwich ( carbs + protien) Dinner: sweet potato hash (kale, onions, peppers) with smoked salmon. Good carbs and protien with fat. Pre game: protein coffee powder my wife paid way too much for but doesn't like. The idea is caffeine + protien Post game: chocolate milk or greek yogurt with berries and walnuts.
