What’s up community - like I said I wanna start sharing more of what I do.
What I do in the gym is one of the things.
Saying that, I’ve always been hesitant sharing workouts on here.
That’s because what I do, doesn’t exactly mean it’s what you should be doing to make progress.
I say that because a big part of gaining more muscle is knowing where you’re at currently.
What I did at 12 years old is different from what I did at 16 years old.
And what I did at 16 years old is much different than what I do today.
The moral of story here is…
Jumping into advanced exercises (yes, the ones we see on the internet) without first mastering basic technique and form make things less effective.
As a beginner and intermediate in the gym, the basics are your friend.
I’d argue that advanced lifters still master the basics and that plus a long period of consistency has made them.
It takes time, effort & experience to receive the explosiveness, power and strength everyone wants.
So be patient.
If you see the guys in the gym that are absolutely jacked.
You’re probably looking at someone with a MINIMUM of 5+ year of gym experience.
I don’t say this to fear monger you, I say this to be truthful.
It takes time & effort PLUS a lot of time.
So hopefully today’s message becomes a good place to start.
Good thing is if you just start, then you can figure it out from there.
