Been a bit quiet on here lately as work has been kicking by arse big time.
Being doing 6 day weeks of 10-12 hours for 3 weeks and stress has been hard to manage lately.
Positives
I have stuck to my food plan and hydrating well.
Got 3 gyms sessions in each week (bought myself a record book so I can leave the phone in the locker so not tempted to scroll between sets)
Hit over 10,000 steps for all but 2 days
Now its the weekend and the sun is shining
