✅ Did 4 x weight sessions
✅ Did 40 mile bike ride
💜 Had a couple of days of a wobble with mood but picked up slightly with more sleep through earlier nights
✅ Managed my macros every day but 1 when went to Filey
✅ Made wonderful memories with my boys
Looking back, that's a pretty positive week 💪
