Yes I know it's Tuesday... I didn't have time last night sorry 😅 ...and also it's taken me until now to pluck up the courage to put the photos on 😅 (as my self confidence has also been affected recently) but I figured it's a real win for me and more accountability (even if it does look a bit pathetic to you big guns in the group 😂). My guns look a damn site better than a month ago 💪🏻 they no longer wobble and I have a teeny tiny bit of definition again.
I also had a day off creatine to see the difference that taught us and I can see and feel a really big difference.
How's everyone doing with measuring their inches? Again, mine have been slow but steady across these few weeks, a few inches lost. I was expecting it to be more but I realise that I am trying to lose fat & training to gain muscle at the same time so it's never going to be a massive amount quickly.
I tweaked my calorie deficit and upped cardio slightly this week and lost 2lbs 🙏
