I've just read jamie wants a before and after photo. I've so gone early with inhaler I should have saved it for the grand reveal 😂😂

Can't even remember the prizes 31 days on. All I know is every single one of us has moved forward in our lives and are winners to me !!

Not sure if I want ro win any now, I've still got the no snoozes to beat (I managed most of the month) and snacking I have given in 4 days this month and loved every chocolate and cake I've eaten
