Hi everyone I have not been on here for a while as I have been struggling with pull ups lifting my own bodyweight and thought it was not for me as I am roughly 95kg
I work perminant nights and struggle to fit it in and I still am unable to master 10 pull up or chin ups.
I have tried scapula pull ups and feel I am making no progress I love my food and I know I still dont reach my protein goal.
I guess I am after some help I am fights a battle I am struggling to win
