Hi all I thought I would start by saying I appreciate everyones advise on here, the last time I was on here I posted about my weight and pull ups and the only way that will change is by changing my mindset and believing in the process. All my life I have seen several goal eg pull ups and have seen people lift themselves effortlessly and wounded why I can't do that. When realistically I can as long as I put in the effort everyday and trust the process. I always see the end result of everything but not the process they have had to go through to get to that point and at some point they will have felt like me. I have certain goals which I intend to achieve and I am going to make sure I turn up every session and push as much as I can without injuring myself. It will be hard and tough but with the right mindset help from you guys anything is possible
