Pull ups
Hi I just thought I would post this video to get some comments or feedback on my chin ups. I am around 95kg and not ashamed to admit that it just makes move like these more challenging. I stated I was not going to let that get me down and always looking at getting stronger and fitter so I welcome any comments regardless what they say. I will only learn with the help of you

@Jodie O'Donnell @Shaun Vause I am still not there 100% but I am getting there thank you. I asked the same questions as well and all I do is work on negatives as well as banded pull ups and each time just trying to better myself each time and the last tip I can give is consistency. It may feel like your not getting there but stick at it
Pullups and mindest
Hi all I thought I would start by saying I appreciate everyones advise on here, the last time I was on here I posted about my weight and pull ups and the only way that will change is by changing my mindset and believing in the process. All my life I have seen several goal eg pull ups and have seen people lift themselves effortlessly and wounded why I can't do that. When realistically I can as long as I put in the effort everyday and trust the process. I always see the end result of everything but not the process they have had to go through to get to that point and at some point they will have felt like me. I have certain goals which I intend to achieve and I am going to make sure I turn up every session and push as much as I can without injuring myself. It will be hard and tough but with the right mindset help from you guys anything is possible
Chin ups
Hi everyone I have not been on here for a while as I have been struggling with pull ups lifting my own bodyweight and thought it was not for me as I am roughly 95kg I work perminant nights and struggle to fit it in and I still am unable to master 10 pull up or chin ups. I have tried scapula pull ups and feel I am making no progress I love my food and I know I still dont reach my protein goal. I guess I am after some help I am fights a battle I am struggling to win

I do follow you on Instagram and facebook and I also purchased the living bigg from you. I am a night driver that has to change my day around to suit as well as spend time at home with my family and also work out to keep in shape. My main goal is to compete as a contender on gladiators but my strength is letting me down not to mention being chosen. I know I have the willpower and sheer determination yet I do find it tough when I feel I don't progress I feel honored that u commented on my post thank you

I appreciate all your kind words pull ups and chin ups have been something I am aiming to master as well as my own bodyweight my biggest problem is I don't know much about nutrition yet or how to progress in the gym. I love going to the gym and if you saw me in the gym you would be surprised. My energy is rather decent to say I work nights hardest part is shutting off. I vary rarely film myself but I thought I would to check my teqneique out. My favorite saying is perfect practice makes perfect so If my form is off I will only get injured. Once again thank your for the comments
