Mojo Fitness Weekly Call is happening in 5 days
No call tomorrow evening!
Apologies but I can't make the call tomorrow evening as I have a commitment with an awards programme that l am on the committee for. Happy to have a call on Tuesday if anyone is free? Otherwise see you on the 4th May. I know it's a bank holiday, so again can do the 5th instead of the 4th or both.l Just let me know!
Change of Time For Weekly Calls, Mojo 75 New Programme & Gut Reset
Hello everyone 👋 Just a quick update and a couple of exciting things to share. Change to our weekly coaching call - I’ve recently committed to a weekly morning meeting on Tuesdays at 6:30am, so from Monday 20th April our weekly coaching call will move from Tuesday evening to Monday at 7:00pm. I hope this still works well for everyone. Introducing Mojo 75 (11th May – 25th July) - I’m also really excited to be launching a new programme called Mojo 75, and all Mojo Fitness members are welcome to take part at no extra cost. The idea is simple but powerful: • 75 days• 75 women• 1–7 habits Over the 75 days we’ll focus on building a small number of positive habits — things like sleep, hydration, protein, movement, reflection and more. Just as importantly, we’ll also look at removing the habits that quietly hold us back, so there’s space for the new ones to stick. You can choose one habit or up to seven, and build them gradually with support from the community. The goal is that by 25th July, you’ve created habits that feel natural and sustainable — not forced. Please let me know if you want to be part of this as I need to add your name to the group so you recevie all the prompts and support. We’ll run another round starting 1st September, but it would be amazing to build the first group together. If you have friends who might benefit, please feel free to share this with them. I’ve just completed a four-week course with Margaret, and it’s fascinating how much can change when we make small adjustments to support our nervous system and metabolic health. The Mojo 75 Challenge - Starting Monday 11th May 2026.
This challenge is open to all Mojo members for FREE - 75 days, 1-7 habits a day. Do 1, do 2, do 7, but choose you! Starting on the 1st May until the 15th July. Each habit each day will build towards a consistent outcome over the 75 days We will be working towards building habits around strength, sleep, protein, movement, self reflection/gratitude, hydration and decluttering. Make Space for Your Mojo 🏡 I’ve added a new guide into the resources called - A Guide to Decluttering It’s a gentle approach to decluttering your home without overwhelm. No massive clear outs or pressure. Just small habits that create space in your home and your head. This week’s Mojo habit is simple: ⏱ The 10 Minute Reset Set a timer for ten minutes and choose one tiny space. A drawer. Your handbag. The car. A kitchen shelf. Ask yourself: Do I use it? Do I love it? Would someone else benefit from it? That’s it. Small actions like this help create calmer spaces — and calmer spaces help us sleep better, think clearer and stay consistent with our health habits.
