Habit Tracking, Resources Folder & Monthly Calls
🌟 A Little Gift for Our Mojo Community 🌟
Im delighted to share something special with you. Over the past few months, I’ve been developing a guide called The Steady Method — a practical 30-day approach to building simple, sustainable habits that help you create positive momentum in your health, wellbeing and daily life. The guide is currently available online for £27, but as a valued Mojo member, I’d like to give you your own copy completely free. Please let me know in the comments and I will send it on email. Why "The Steady Method"? Because lasting change rarely comes from doing everything perfectly. It comes from taking small, consistent actions that gradually become part of who you are. Whether you're focusing on movement, nutrition, hydration, mindset, sleep, confidence or simply making more time for yourself, this guide will help you stay on track without feeling overwhelmed. I encourage you to use it alongside your Mojo journey over the next 30 days and see what small wins you can stack up. 📅 Don't forget to join our weekly accountability call too. The calls are a great opportunity to: ✅ Learn more about the 30-Day Programme ✅ Share your progress and wins ✅ Get support with any challenges you're facing ✅ Stay focused and accountable ✅ Connect with others who are working towards similar goals Sometimes the difference between stopping and succeeding is simply staying connected and checking in regularly. I look forward to hearing what habits you choose to focus on over the next month and celebrating your progress with you. Remember: small daily wins build lasting belief. 💛

Weekly Call Tonight - Not Tomorrow, Sorry!
I look forward to seeing some of you tonight for our weekly call at 7pm. Sorry for the confusion with the emails yesterday and today, my fault for not updating them! I know I am in need of a reset and to make some plans for the week after really struggling the last couple of weeks. I am committing to some movement and health goals for at least the next week or so as lots on this week. Who is up for a reset and sharing ideas to support one another. Everybody welcome. See you at 7pm.

Weekly Call Tonight - Not Tomorrow, Sorry!
I am still here, how are you doing?
Not going to lie… the last 10 days have been tough. My mum’s dementia has progressed quite quickly and she has started wandering, so most of my time has been focused on caring for her while trying to organise permanent care and make some really difficult decisions as a family. I’m nearly there now and hoping I can begin to focus a little more on my own wellbeing again too. What this week has reminded me though is that habits don’t have to be perfect to matter. Even during stressful seasons, the small things still count. One habit I’m really proud of is that I haven’t spent money online on myself for 18 days! That might sound small, but for me it’s been a conscious shift in discipline and awareness, and I’m made up with that. Food-wise, things have actually been pretty good because I’ve been sitting and eating proper meals with my mum. Hydration could definitely improve with this heat, my step count is naturally high because life is full-on at the moment, and sleep has been surprisingly solid because I’m exhausted by the end of the day. So considering the situation… I’ll take that as a win. I also tried Pickleball last week and absolutely loved it, so my goal now is to play twice a week moving forward. A reminder that sometimes wellbeing is simply finding little moments of joy and movement where you can. So… what are you planning to do for yourself over the next 7 days? I’ll be online Monday at 7pm for anyone wanting to get into a better rhythm with specific habits, routines or goals. Come and share what you’d like to focus on — sometimes just saying it out loud and having support around you is the first step.
