I have managed three days of morning movement this week as part of my new habits. I have only done 6 minutes but can already feel a change in my mobility and speed. How is everyone else doing? Apologies but I can't make the call tomorrow evening as I have a commitment with an awards programme that l am on the committee for. Happy to have a call on Tuesday if anyone is free? Otherwise see you on the 4th May. I know it's a bank holiday, so again can do the 5th instead of the 4th or both.l Just let me know!
