Today I didn't feel good in the water somehow. Everyone was 25 meters ahead of me and I swam really bad. I don't know what happened. In this training I wanted to give up, but I didn't. I don't know what happened today but I was really disappointed by my performance. Does anyone have these kind of moments too? Another thing is that I think that my mind blocked me somehow. Can someone give me advice how to do better?
