Today I smashed (again!!) my 200 backstroke pb by nearly 3 seconds after already getting a 2 second pb within the last month, knocking a 2.26.9 down to a 2.24.4 !! I did the Michael phelps breathing technique, visualised the race every night, had a proper fuelling strategy and hydration plan and Iโm super proud of myself!!
Iโve got two more days of a different gala now, so itโs time to rest and recover for tomorrow!!
