I’m the kind of swimmer who fuels her mind, body and soul like a pro!! 1. got all my geography coursework tasks done 2. was able to put 100% effort into everything today even though I didn’t have a good sleep 3. fuelled well before training with rice cakes and honey 4. haven’t gone on social media much today!! Nutrition = 7 Hydration = 7

Going to read before bed 5. focused at college well even though I was super tired after a concert yesterday night Nutrition = 6 Hydration = 5 Visualisation - will do 100 back now!!

I’m the kind of swimmer that fuels her mind, body and soul like a pro!! 1. focused hard in training on maintaining the high elbow as I pull and pulling with my forearm 2. drank lots of water and also had my creatine sachet 3. had a good shift beach life guarding Nutrition- 7 Hydration- 9 Visualisation ✅

I’m the kind of swimmer who fuels her mind, body and soul like a pro!! creatine ✅ electrolytes ✅ smashed this mornings set ✅ water bottle tape ❌ need to do tomorrow ankle stretch ❌ visualisation - will do now 3-1 carbs-protein ✅ nutrition - 2/5 hydration- 1/5 - Need to improve these tomorrow especially with the high temps in the uk right now

Got homework done at lunch to get ahead 3. already started reading up on my research project for a level geography 4. ate chicken and lettuce wraps and Greek yogurt and granola for lunch - the e healthier food is defo giving me more energy Nutrition = 8 Hydration = 7 Visualisation - will do before bed
