National curse

Just swam 100m breaststroke for nationals and added 1.59 seconds. I'm afraid I might do the same for the other events that I have qualified because of the national curse. Every national that I have qualified for or got consideration time, I have added. 2024 added in 200 back, 2025 added in 200 back and 200 breaststroke... And now I have added in 100 breastroke. Does anybody know why I keep doing this or have experienced the same?
