Your body is tired.
Your brain is loud.. maybe your heart rate goes up when you try to fall asleep but your mind decides to jump into a full HD movie of what could go wrong or that national champion that's seeded in the lane next to you.
The meet is so close you can kinda taste the chlorine.
And this is the part almost everyone messes up.
Most swimmers think taper is justโฆโDo less km's and hope for the best.โ
But the last 2-4 weeks before a big meet are more like flying a plane.
You are not building the plane now.
