Hello hello! I've been learning olympic lifting for around 8 months now. I don't train at Mighty Fitness, I was looking for groups to join as I train alone. Let me know if I need to see myself out I decided just after my 52nd birthday that it seemed like a good idea. 8 months later I'm at the point where I know enough to know how little I know 🤣 I have a hypermobility spectrum disorder which adds extra fun to the mix as it means strength is not a natural strength for me (pun intended) Due to my daughter being disabled I train in a garage gym hence looking for lifting friends
