Day 7 - Consistency Challenge
Today’s challenge: Reflect on your week and jot down three things you’re proud of. Maybe it’s how consistent you were, a small habit you built, or how you handled a setback. Take note of how you’re feeling, both physically and mentally. Don’t rush this — give yourself some space to be proud of the effort you’ve put in. Please do share with the group.
We've reached Day 7. I always recommend one day of rest each week.
