Handling house projects
- Managing any contract work we need done to the house (recently included structural repairs, warranty work on the exterior, and a plumbing issue)
- Being present in person for said work, to make sure contractors are doing it right
- Managing the finances to pay for the repairs on time
- Keeping a spreadsheet tracking the quotes we received, what they proposed, who did the repairs, and who we should use in the future
