MOA -> real estate
I have a friend teaching me about real estate right now. He told me to go find motivated sellers of apartment/ condo complexes and RV parks…
I’m thinking about how I could copy and paste the MOA method of building lists and sending cold DMs.
Where would be good starting points that won’t flood my lists with a bunch of dead ends?
Real estate events would be my only guess, not the gurus and influencers in the space.
Anybody here in real estate have any insight on how I could use the MOA method to streamline finding these kinds of sellers?
