What Actually Changed for You Off the Internet?
One thing I’ve been thinking about lately is the gap between knowing and doing. Most of us here have consumed a lot of good material over the years: books, podcasts, frameworks, theories. But not all of it translates cleanly into real life. Or at least your life. So I’m curious: What’s one thing you actually changed offline that made the biggest difference for you? Not something you learned; something you did. Could be social, fitness, business, dating, mindset, boundaries, or environment. Interested to hear what moved the needle for you in practice.

@Alphonso Cornelius In what way? More female teammates? Better dude friends? A little of both?

@Alphonso Cornelius Heck yeah man! Part of living living in abundant life is you bring more abundance to you. I'm not saying manifest it and it'll come of course that's silly. You actually have to go out and live it.
NEPQuestion…
I work in Debt Settlement snd while calls have been slow I am currently #2 in the company for overall debt and units closed. 25% close rate for the month. Well above the average agent. One thing everyone has been dissecting what I do differently is my strategic use of tonality along with my stories I tell to rebuttal objections like they aren’t even objections I’m trying to rebut… I am sharp as a tack, I have bottled enthusiasm, and I am a low key force to be reckoned with in terms of being a figure of authority with in depth knowledge of finances… I want to seriously dial in my skills and I am looking for a course and have one in mind. Jermey miners NEPQ…. Or This speech coach vinh? https://www.instagram.com/askvinh?igsh=NTc4MTIwNjQ2YQ== And of course MOA. My question is if anyone has taken Jermey’s course before or Vinh’s course and if they saw a significant benefit and which tier they think has the highest return in investment. Also, is there any sales training in the full MOA course that would overlap with this or would I need to take both courses to get the best results in my career?

@Joseph Pimental I haven't gotten any coaching by Miner but I bought his book of questions. It was worth it.

I just had a consult call with someone on Miners team. I night his NEPQ Black Book of Questions. It's great. But the actual training required a funding level I didn't feel was appropriate. I am very curious about NEPQ and starting to use some of his tools in my job.
Stoic Tuesday
At the core of Stoic philosophy is a simple division: what we can control, and what we cannot. Epictetus, who was born into slavery, puts it plainly: “The chief task in life is simply this: to identify and separate matters so that I can say clearly to myself which are externals not under my control, and which have to do with the choices I actually control. Where then do I look for good and evil? Not to uncontrollable externals, but within myself to the choices that are my own…” It’s tempting to let the state of the world feel like a personal burden. Geopolitical tension, corruption in high places, and the ever-expanding national debt are external forces. You don’t sit at shadowy smoke-filled tables where those decisions are made. And while they may shape your environment, they do not determine your virtue. You do. Your charge is to stop arguing with the world and start governing yourself. You have control over your thoughts, your responses, your habits, and your integrity. You can build a strong body, train a sharper mind, and shape a character people can trust. That is the battlefield where a Stoic thrives. One of the most powerful things you can do is shift your attention from the noise of the world to the influence you carry within your home and community. Be a person of action. Show your family what strength looks like. Lead with calm under pressure. Speak with clarity, not panic. Love with presence, not distraction. Because the truth is, it’s better to be a warrior in a garden than a gardener in a war. Cultivate readiness. Cultivate virtue. Cultivate life. These things are in your control. Happy Tuesday, and stay Stoic.

I have ,,bad genetics"-Fitness
Many people think and say they have bad genetics when it comes to fitness, building muscle, losing fat, looking good. This is something that came up on my fitness call last sunday also. In my opinion people are using the "bad genetics" card without real justification. If you are: -In the gym since more than 5 years straight -Paying attention to your diet since more than 5 years straight -Worked with coaches, trainers, for years -You dialed in your hormones -You fully quitted the bad habits, since more than 5 years straight (no drugs, no alcohol) ....and, meanwhile doing all of these things, your body is still not impressive, then maybe you can say your genetics are not good, but guess what, I have never met this person... When genetics really play a factor, is the time when someone wants to compete in bodybuilding, or wants to play certain sport professionally. What genetics mean in fitness/bodybuilding: -muscleshape -muscle insertions, length of the musclebelly -size of the joints, bone structure (wide shoulders, narrow waist) -recovery capability -side effect tolerance when it comes to PED's/Enhancements If you just want to look good for the beach and get the "swimmers body", that is very achievable for EVERYBODY, and its not even that hard, if you know what you are doing. Stop trying to find a reason to feel bad about yourself, and start putting in the work and figuring out why you are not getting the results you want.
