I am reading book Mr Playboy (Hugh Hefner's biography) and I found memo that Hefner wrote about playmates which, I think, can be useful when you try take pictures of girls to show value on Instagram profile:
The Playmate should be posed in a natural setting, not the sterile surroundings of a studio. The model herself should look relaxed and natural. . . . Some simple activity like reading, writing, mixing a drink, trying on a new dress—the variations are endless—will add tremendously to the appeal. . . . Obviously the Playmates should be attractive in both face and figure, but more specifically, we like a healthy, intelligent American look—a young lady that looks like she might be a very efficient secretary or an undergrad at Vassar. We prefer fresh, new faces . . . a natural beauty.
