Hi everyone,
Wanted to throw a topic out there and see what all you thought about it. Lately I've been making a lot of changes in my life and things are really starting to align to create the type of life that I want. It's been a long time coming, but with this move out to Los Angeles things are really starting to come together for me.
We talked about Flow State and being in the zone, in sports this is also called the performance Zone and it is your state of optimal physical and mental performance. The same is true with any performing art, dance, theater, or even when you are in the moment interacting with a woman who you are just getting to know.
The idea here is that you can be in your Flow State for short bursts of time or brief moments but I think it's possible to live your life in some sort of a sustained flow state.
It doesn't mean that you're going to be in the zone waiting in the DMV line or while you're stuck in traffic, but I think it's possible to just have a deep sense of flow in your life where you know you can handle things that come your way, you can adapt, you can deal with difficulties but you have a very grounded sense of yourself and core belief that you deserve this success that you want as long as you're willing to do what you need to get it.
Anyway, I'm starting to experience more of this now that my life is aligning with this new move, doesn't mean that every day is going to be easy or guaranteed success by any means but as I've made progress on aligning my life to my goals, I found it my flow state is more constant and I'm feeling it at a more core level.
Have any of you guys experienced being in a more persistent or constant flow state? It's not as intense as those short bursts but I do feel like it's starting to be a more constant feeling that I carry around with me.
