2 Week Morning Meditation Challenge
Monday April 27, our MWF Daily Sits move to 8am CT. To kick off the new time, I'm running a 2 week morning meditation challenge. 6 sits over 2 weeks. Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 8am CT. 25 min silent. Show up for all 6. Why the time change: One: starting the day in silence changes what the day does to you. Beats a midday pause. Two: our students in China can finally sit with us at a time that works across both time zones. (I taught in China for 10 years and came across thousands of students who follow us). The ask: comment "I'm in" below if you're committing. Public commitment raises the odds of showing up. See you at 8am CT Monday.

Final day. ☀️🔥 This is it — the last day of our phone-free morning quest. For one week we’ve asked a simple question: First 30 minutes after you wake up… Are you choosing your morning — or giving it to a screen? No scrolling. No notifications. Just you, your breath, your body, your life. Today is your last rep. Finish strong. Check in: 🟢 FREE — first 30 minutes, no phone 🔴 LOCKED — grabbed it right away If you were FREE, what did you do instead? If you were LOCKED, no excuses, no shame. Just decide who’s in charge tomorrow. That’s how real discipline is built. Attention isn’t random. It’s trained. Let’s end this well.

Day 6 no phone challenge
Day 6... no phone for an hour I barely scroll anymore... even with being unemployed. It just isn't really appealing anymore. Its been easier to see how much emotional turmoil comes from daily exposure to social media
