Guided Meditation: Tonglen (Giving & Receiving)
This guided meditation is designed to help you feel more peace with yourself and also give peace to others who feel like they could use a helping hand. In addition to that, it helps us be more patient with people that we're having difficult communication with, or people that we might slightly dislike. Use this meditation as much as you like.
