After reflecting on how to best support your practice, I’m simplifying our live sessions so I can show up with more presence and intention each time we sit together.
Starting next week we’ll be meeting three times a week for silent meditation:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 12pm CT. 25 minutes of silent practice.
No agenda. No performance. Just us sitting together consistently.
Consistency is what builds a real practice — and I want to make it as easy as possible for you to show up.
