It's okay to not be okay
The message I have for you today is this: It’s okay not to be okay. If you’re not feeling your best, see if you can meet that with forgiveness. Forgive yourself for not meeting your expectations. Forgive yourself for not showing up how you thought you would. Forgiveness is compassion in action. If part of you feels like you could be doing better and you’re not, just forgive yourself. No pressure, no punishment. You don’t have to be at your best all the time. Be gentle with yourself in every way you can.

What are you holding onto that needs to let go?
Heard something interesting my friend @Vince Lindenmeyer mentioned today - it's called: Zeigarnik Effect The mind holds on to incomplete tasks with a disproportionate grip. It's time for spring cleaning. It's time to let go of what no longer serves you. Share in the comments what you're willing to let go of today. Is it that old tv, clothes, a relationship, a thought? Let's hear it.

@Brandon Mehrgut Did an anger write just now which helped . Just write down all the rage and anger for 5 minutes on notes.
Emotional Release Meditation
Great spot today for an emotional release meditation today: https://open.spotify.com/episode/6YyP8fwo84jOQaNAsB9Fak?si=-WfFrXjLS0GxtCAxrxTbeA Was able to really feel the emotions today and was very painful , but wanted to do it and release whats suffocating me inside. Was able to start crying and feel a lot of anger which was good. Learning from @Brandon Mehrgut to continue to be less reactive and more so just experiencing, listening, watching, leading with love and compassion ❤️ ⬇️ What’s your favorite type of meditation these days? 🧘‍♂️
