What you want, is already here. It's always been here. When we allow the mind to rest, the fog to settle, we can see clearly the truth... There's an awareness that's absolutely complete. From this wholeness you can accomplish all things, through resting, and taking action at the same time. How do we access this? Through daily mind training, coming back and letting things settle. Through resting into trust. Rest into your nature.

Gain/loss, fame/ disrepute, praise/blame, pleasure/pain. I tend to focus on accepting the unpleasantries which I avoid, but it’s equally important to not get caught up into the pleasant things we seek. Anyone else feel similarly? It’s not about not enjoying life when it’s pleasant, but rather about reifying, obsessing, and trying to recreate pleasure. Once it’s experienced, we can let it go.
