Small Steps: This is The Way
With such a fast world, it’s more important now than ever to remember to shift into a human being. Not a human doing. How do we do this? We remember to go inward, to be aware, to slow down. This happens in the small moments. 1 minute here, 2 minutes there… to collect yourself. Meditation doesn’t need to be this big event. It can be a small, profound shift, in the way you see the world.
