How would this place feel if there were no snow? If there were no snow, there would be no mysterious feeling in this place, and it gives me a sense that this place is waiting for someone to come back. The fence and field in front of the building implies that someone lived there before. But the field full of weeds and grasses indicates that it hasn’t been taken care of for a period of time, and the broken fence indicates that maybe a thief went into the building and ransacked it. So I think it has been abandoned for a long time. With the snow veil covering everything, it is still and quiet, but without the snow, all these signs are yelling ‘ Please come back and take care of us’.
