🎶 A Magical Night of Music in Alba la romaine ! 🎤✨ Part 1
Tonight, I went to a beautiful church in Alba la romaine . I went there to listen to Patrick. He sang with his choir. The music was lovely, and everyone was happy. It really made my "Evening" ! The Complaint of Pablo Neruda is a famous song written as a poem by Louis Aragon. This song is a beautiful but sad protest against the violent military takeover that destroyed freedom in Chile. It complains about the suffering of the Chilean people and the tragic loss of their great poet, Pablo Neruda. Ultimately, it shows that while soldiers use weapons, the poet’s voice stays alive to help people keep their chins up during dark times. Here is a short video of the music: (Patrick sings in the low voices)

OMG 🥺🥺🥺❤️❤️❤️❤️ After I learned the meaning of the lyrics, I could really feel the pain and emotion in their voices 🥹 This touched me so hard. “Une prison reste une prison, en France comme au Chili” 💔 I want to cry.
🎶The Complaint of Pablo Neruda Explanation &Translation = Part 2
Pablo Neruda's Lament This song was first sang by Jean Ferrat who leaved in my region Ardèche Chorus: How can we believe, how can we believe In the silence of the night We speak the same language And the same song binds us A cage is a cage In France just like in Chile We speak the same language And the same song binds us A cage is a cage In France just like in Chile Where the miners were chased From their villages with guns Where the Republic was sold To the highest bidder, on a whim Where lies speak with a loud voice Where misery holds its head low Where the executioners have faces That we don’t forget, that we don’t forget (Chorus) They say you are living on roots That you are walking through the forest They say at the Argentine border The guards have your picture They say they are burning your poems That the soldiers have written orders To kill you right there, to shoot you down Like a night bird (Chorus) Sing for us, Pablo Neruda You who are crossing the mountain range You whose voice goes around the world And crosses every border Sing of the freedom that is coming Sing of hope and springtime Sing for the people of tomorrow And for those of today at the same time (Chorus)

Welcome back Coach. I’m wondering what were you doing while the internet was down?
Chongqing Journey
The journey is very nice with a perfect ending. I visited many spots within 2 days, such as Hongyadong, Liziba, Shibati, and ChangjiangSuodao. But it's such a pity that I had no time to taste Chongqing hot pot.
