Few weeks back I supported a Canadian YouTuber and I bought a utility knife from them. I don't need it, I am not a construction worker and I have way to many awesome knifes already. However, I do like to support Canadian manufacturing. But how can you ensure that what is being produced is of any good quality, what is quality in the first place? This vlog is actually super awesome documentry of how to intorduce change and build delivery capacity. I highly recommand you all watch the previous episodes, even if you are not into manudacturing. There are so many lessons to be learned from this endevour.
