New things to look forward to being a new month. At the end of the month we are taking a family vacation to Maui to visit family. With that in mind I just have a few things or goals to work on.
1- get my daily walks in
2- try to do yoga/stretch when I can
3- do a core 5er when I can
4- maybe try to do a 10 minute BodI workout when I can
5- continue my weekly therapy sessions.
I’m sure there is something I am missing but this is a good place to start.
