I am tired! The last couple of nights, Riley has been waking at weird hours. I almost don’t get a workout in today, but still made it work. I go back to work after next week, and I am getting anxious thinking about how I’m going to make my mornings work with exercise and getting myself ready and both kids ready for the day. That week, I may need to take a break and focus on the morning routine. We shall see! shoulders, bis and tris today. I went with light weight first, then upped the weight a little. Felt good to go up in weight, but I also know I need to build the foundation of my strength before I can really push myself. In time!
