Huge thanks to @Dan Harrison and @Alexander VandeLaar for laying the ads challenge out so clearly. Launched early December. Haven’t changed a thing since. $15/day ad spend → averaging ~15 new members per day. The video ad is doing most of the heavy lifting. Right now I’m focused on engagement and conversion inside the group — but I’m starting to think ahead. For those who’ve scaled — did you increase budget on the same winning ad, duplicate it, or test a new angle first? Curious what’s worked best for you.

I'm looking for a handful of awesome people to work with to create successful case studies and testimonials. so if you are… - A Coach, Consultant, Course Creator or Expert - You have a high ticket offer ($1,500+) or are willing to create one - Have at least 3 Testimonials - Want to build a community on skool - Are coachable and ready to go all in - And not afraid of A.I. @Juan Rosenzweig I’m getting lots of people joining my group and the lead cost is under $1.

@Juan Rosenzweig no worries! my first 15 users were past and current students and paying a small amount $0-9. Then I open it to my list for $17, raised the price to $27. By the time I introduced the free tier I had $400mmr. I migrated an old course from Coda at that point and invited those members in for free so they can access it and then launched free to my list with a free workshop as an incentive. I started running ads early dec with the group at 150 so it’s grown by 350 in a month. Running a free workshop and inviting folk in is a good way to do it organically.
