Rucking kit test
Got my new rucksack on payday, a 35 litre Highlander Forces Harrier Pack. Lovely bit of kit, I was having issues with the shoulder adjustments slipping because of the weight of my breeze block (Brick Astley) and a few bricks. Made a working fix mid-walk by tying a stop knot on each side, problem solved.

CrossFit
I’ve been doing CrossFit one day a week. Do any of you guys do CrossFit or hit workouts. For me I’ve found it to be great for mobility. And you barely need any equipment I do it on the turf at my gym. And most workouts are under 30-45 min. Are any of you guys doing CrossFit???? Let me know let’s talk about it.
Rucking
So, I have plenty of robust packs, but no weight plates per se. I have a 12.5kg and a 20kg kettlebell but I’m not sure if that’s ideal to be carried in a backpack. Is it worth investing in a pack and plates? Quite apart from getting ready for our Misogi, I want to include rucking in my training routine. I know we’ve got some serious expertise in this area, so what do we reckon lads?
Running
When you guys run do you listen to music yes or no?
