Another great session this morning with @Liam Zamudio @Mike Wangiel @Chris Jones and @Lee Jones. We ran with a 20-round tabata circuit today. 40-sec work, 20-sec rest. Then ended with a cooldown, stretch, and brief meditation session. We're looking to grow our StrongDad Hubs massively this year. Anyone interested in leading a session in your area?
