Discipline over motivation, gents. A successful week does not happen by accident — it is planned. Drop your primary mission for this week in the comments. Keep it simple, specific, and honest. No need to impress anyone here. Physical Target: (e.g., 3 training sessions, 10,000 steps daily, no alcohol this week) Family Target: (e.g., one-on-one time with my son, phone away at dinner every night) Mental Health Target: (e.g., 10 minutes of morning breathing, journalling before bed) Post it below and check back in on Friday to report how you got on. Have a been taking a ‘super serum’?
So… We’re currently in Disneyland and yesterday had a day in the new Adventureworld which included Avengers Campus. Walking through Avengers Campus and walking towards me is Capt America (a probably-23 year old man dressed up)… Out of respect I nod and say ‘Cap’ He replies (not sure if respectfully or not), ‘Son’… He turns. The stops, turns back. He looks me up and down and assesses my arms in my StrongDads Stealth tee, then says, ‘Have you taken super serum?’ I’ll take that as a win. For Capt America to comment on my muscle in front of my son is definitely a StrongDad moment…
