Welcome to Legacy Performance. This is a coaching community, not a content page. You lead things. A business, a ministry, a team, a family, a mission bigger than you. You're the one everyone leans on. You're capable and driven in every room. Except in your health. You already know what to do. You've read the books, downloaded the apps, and started the programs. And still, you keep starting over. That's not a discipline problem. It's a sequencing problem. You were never handed a system built to survive your actual life. You were handed a set of rules that only survive a good week. You will eat food every single day of your life. So "I'm too busy to start right now" was never the real problem. The problem is every plan you've been handed falls apart the moment life gets full. You don't need a calmer season. You need a system that holds inside the one you're already in. That's what we build here. - THE SYSTEM - Everything here runs on one thing. The Legacy Performance Operating System. Not a diet. Not a 30-day challenge. The system you run at every level, in every season. It starts with the Foundations Protocol, and it's built on 8 Pillars. You'll learn all 8 in your first week. Here's how it actually works. Awareness before action. You start by observing, not performing. Then you get assigned the track that fits your actual goal and season. Lean, Strong, or Long. Based on data. Not emotion. Not feelings. Data. We take the decision-making off your plate and hand you a system that makes the right call the first time. Then you execute in the Legacy Performance App. This is not a program with a finish line. It's a practice you live. - HOW THIS COMMUNITY WORKS - This community is home base. Inside, you'll: - Learn the foundations - Ask questions and get real answers - See exactly how the system works - Implement it in real life - Decide how serious you are about actually changing - YOUR FIRST 2 STEPS - Comment below with two things: 1. Where you're from. 2. If your health finally stopped being the one area you keep starting over on, what would that actually change in your life?

The Untracked Middle
I've had people sit across from me and swear they eat 1,400 calories a day. They're not lying. I've also had people tell me they have no idea what they eat, they just know it's too much. Also not lying. Both of those people are in Week 1 right now, doing the exact same thing. Here's what almost none of us were ever taught to count. The chips and salsa that hit the table before your food does. The handful of fries out of your kid's box in the car. The wine with dinner. Or the two beers after. The creamer. The oil in the pan. The dressing. The three squares of chocolate at 9pm. The bite off somebody's plate on your way through the kitchen. None of it registered as a decision, so none of it ever entered the math. For most people that's 300 to 500 calories a day, most days, completely invisible. That is not a discipline problem. That's an awareness problem, and awareness is teachable. It's the whole reason Week 1 is log everything and change nothing. No restriction. No new plan. You are not trying to hit your target. You're just looking. Because there are only two things you can find this week. You're eating well above your number and you didn't know it. Or you're eating far below it, and have been for years. Those are opposite situations that need opposite plans, and next week we find out which one you're in. You cannot manage a number you have never once looked at. The gap you find this week IS the work. So here's what I want in the comments. Name the one you know you don't count. Just one. No math, no confession, just name it. I'll go first. Mine was sweets, late at night, standing in the pantry. I never counted a single one of them for years.
September Coaching Call Schedule
The coaching call is moving, and I want to tell you why instead of just changing it on you. These calls exist for one reason. You will execute at a higher level with accountability and guidance than you will on your own. That is not a knock on you. It is true of every person I have ever coached, and it is true of me. So I picked the slot that makes showing up realistic instead of the slot that is convenient for me. Twelve o'clock is the average lunch break. It is the one hour in the middle of a workday that actually belongs to you. And Wednesday is the day the week starts to win or lose. Monday you are fresh. Friday you can see the end. Wednesday is where the plan quietly comes apart, and that is exactly when you should be getting coached. Not on the day you already feel good. Here is the rhythm every month. Call 1, Fuel. Nutrition. Calories, protein, tracking, and what to do when the numbers stop moving. Call 2, Training. Movement, steps, resistance. What you are actually asking your body to do. Call 3, Recovery. Sleep, stress, and the parts of your life that decide whether the first two work at all. Call 4, Debrief and Plan. We look at the month that just happened and build the one coming. This is also where a few of you get coached live in front of the room, and that tends to be the most useful hour of the month whether or not it is your turn. Same four, every month. You will always know what is coming. What I am asking of you. Put it on your calendar as a recurring event. Now, before you close this. Then show up. I am not going to chase anybody. But I will tell you plainly that the people who get results here are the ones who protect this hour, and the ones who drift are the ones who treat it as optional. Even in 1on1 coaching; the clients who keep rescheduling the calls are the ones who fall off and never accomplish their goal. You are not doing this alone. That is the whole point of this room, and this call is the most direct version of it I know how to give you.
