Protein Shakes
I am struggling with where to begin on protein shakes. Are there recommendations for a good brand? Anything I should make sure is/isn’t in the powder?

@Jenn Marts since you tolerate dairy well, I recommend 1st Phorm or Legion athletics as good options. If you wanted to go less dairy based, which I do recommend rotating brands, you could go with equip foods prime protein. Lori and I both love prime protein.

Stop Starting Over: The Kickstart Workshop
I’ve been thinking about something after talking with a few of you… A lot of you know what to do… but you’re not fully locked in on how to actually set it up and stick to it. So I’m considering running a Kickstart Workshop where we: - build your nutrition structure (protein, calories, simple meals) - set your training + movement targets - simplify everything using the Power Food System - and actually put a system in place you can follow immediately after we’re done This wouldn’t be more information… 👉 it would be implementation You’d leave with everything set up and ready to go. Would that be something you’d want to be a part of? Also—I’m opening up a small number of spots for a 6-week 1:1 coaching sprint for anyone who wants more personalized guidance, feedback, and accountability coming out of this. Let me know if you’d be interested in either

@Cindy Stine awesome!
Question
How do I meet the daily calorie goal of approximately 2,210 Cal (170x13)? I followed the 150-174 GW guide and had 145g of salmon and 135 g of quinoa which put me at 900+ calories for that meal.

@Anna Walker did you weigh cooked or raw?

@Anna Walker When I plug in the macros for what cooked quinoa and cooked salmon, I get about a 500 calorie meal. Why don't you show me what you plugged in at the gym?
