The End of Instantly

first I complained about warming not sending the full warm up emails (was only sending 2-8 instead of 25 - I think i fixed this by disabling slow warm up although never had to change that before for over a year), and campaigns sending out snail mail 1/10 at a time. They are still sending out snail mail it has been nearly a month since june 1 !! What has happened?
