Horrific Deliverability Insights Down from 95%+ a year ago
Anyone else getting smoked like this on deliverability right now? A year ago this account was 95%+ inbox everywhere. Now Google is still clean, but anything labelled “Other ESP” is literally 0% inbox / 100% spam with the same domains, same copy, same volume. Benchmarks say we should be able to hold 95%+ inbox placement if our list, infrastructure and sending patterns are dialled in, so clearly something in my setup (or these providers) has changed and I’m missing it. If you’ve been through this, how did you claw your way back? - Did you migrate everything to Google/Microsoft only? - Change warmup tools or DNS settings? - Adjust volume, ramp, or copy style for specific ESPs? Would really appreciate any step‑by‑step breakdowns, tool recommendations, or “do THIS, not THAT” lessons from people who’ve actually fixed this recently. Happy to share what I’m testing now and report back so the whole group can harden their deliverability.

COLD EMAIL TO MICROSOFT IS DEAD?
Is anyone having success I'm getting 50-70% landing in spam now... below is what instantly are saying but seems like they don't really have a solution, this has been going on for too long now. what are you guys doing? Outlook and Office 365 have recently made their spam filters much stricter, which has resulted in even legitimate emails—including some from Microsoft itself—landing in the spam folder. This is a provider-specific issue and is not caused by your accounts or DNS settings. The situation is expected to be temporary as Microsoft works on adjustments. To improve your chances of reaching the inbox in Outlook, consider these steps: - Use text-only emails. - Test multiple versions of your email copy. - Warm up your sending accounts for 2-3 weeks. - Consider new domains and email accounts. - Contact only verified leads. - Test different email infrastructure providers (e.g., Google, Outlook, Maildoso). - Use "Campaign Filters" to separate Outlook leads into a dedicated campaign. - Try the ESP Routing feature to test different providers for Outlook leads or set rules to avoid sending to Outlook recipients. Keep in mind that no provider can currently guarantee inbox placement with Outlook/Office 365 due to these ongoing changes.

OFFICE 365 100% SPAM...FIX? - Instantly
Anyone have a fix for the below, is this a platform wide issue atm? - instantly told me it is. just an office email issue while they change spam filters? will this have caused my domains to get burned / lose health. Important to note that my warming emails are still showing 97% health, only inbox placement shows this " Outlook has recently made some adjustments to its spam filters, which has caused even some official Microsoft emails to end up in their own spam folder. This means that no email provider can guarantee that their emails will land in Outlook's/ MS Office's 365 inbox right now. However, this should only be temporary while they work on changes, and it should be resolved soon. In the meantime, to improve the chances of your emails reaching the inbox in Outlook,"""
