Im in Spam, Trying to Learn best tools and practices for real email warm-up and sender reputation?
I’m trying to figure out which tools actually build real sender reputation in the warm-up stage.
Instantly’s warm-up feels weak — the results don’t last and Google seems to flag domains that all warm up in the same closed pool.
What are the best tools right now for real, high-quality warm-up that actually builds trust with Gmail and Outlook?
Also, what are the technical best practices for warming up properly and how do you know if it’s working?
Like what metrics or signs show that your sender reputation is actually improving?
Basically just trying to find what’s really working in 2025 for strong deliverability and long-term inbox placement.
I don’t really trust Instantly’s inbox placement anymore — it kept showing 100% placement, but the campaigns only got around a 0.5% reply rate.
