How many leads do you usually use to test campaigns before scaling?

Hey Gs I use mainly Million Verivier to verify emails because it's the cheapest. I bought in bulk and now 1'000 Leads cost me $0.3 to verify. Is there a difference between the servicess? or are they all the same?
