How did you get your first client?
I’ve been thinking a lot about how to start from zero with lead generation .
If you don’t already have an audience, how do you actually get people to sign up for your lead magnet or even notice your offer?
Do you:
- Start posting consistently on social media first?
- Offer free value inside communities like this one?
- Focus on social media content and inbound leads?
- Start cold emailing or messaging prospects directly?
- Offer free/discounted work to build a portfolio?
- Or focus on outreach and cold DMs before building a following?
- If using a lead magnet, how do you even get audience to claim it ?
