Is Instantly Acting Up Lately? Warming + Campaign Issues & No Support Response
Something seems off with Instantly lately β support isn't responding like they used to (it went from resolving issues in minutes or hours a year ago to now getting zero replies). Wondering if anyone else is experiencing similar problems?
Here's what's happening on my end:
- Warm-Up Emails Not Sending Normally
Out of 72 warming accounts, about 60 arenβt sending the full 25 warm-up emails per day (excluding premium accounts which are meant to fluctuate).
Just slow, incomplete volume across the board.
Iβve attached old vs. new analytics β new ones show high open rates, likely due to bots.
- Campaign Sending is Bugged & Extremely Slow
I started a campaign Monday, targeting 700 contacts
As of now, only 100 emails have gone out in total.
No errors or obvious alerts, just painfully slow delivery.
What I've Tried
Reconnected a number of accounts to reset SMTP settings.
Using a mix of SiteGround and Office 365 senders.
SiteGround accounts show some errors β Instantly seems to be trying to send 10 emails per second, which might be triggering smtp issues.
Thinking of increasing the "wait time per email" from 1 minute to 2β3 minutes to reduce the risk of this.
after 2 Weeks and burned campaigns instantly told me to tick both
-Use a single sending account per time gap
-Send emails one at a time
ive found that ticking first made things worse (snailmail), have tried to untick
Looking for:
- Suggestions or workarounds to speed things up.
- Anyone with similar issues lately?
- Advice on optimal send settings or whether I should consider using an external SMTP relay instead?
