Basically the "potential lead" is a chatgpt api that replies right away and so on.. on a personal email. looks like i got a call booked. Anyway, curious to know what you'd do in these situations?

Got a bunch of questions and the customer support bot/chatgpt isn't helping enough. As for what I'm currently doing: - I built a full-fledged research and copywriting workflow that gets tons of responses - Now almost finished building another custom response automation. It writes custom replies and also moves the leads to another campaign just for follow-ups. - However I don't know how to make sure the campaign and lead is contacted by the same mailbox they replied to, rather than a randomly chosen mailbox.

Here is what is going on. I use mailmeteor to check my copy. I am doing inbox placement testing on instantly. If I write a six grade reading level email copy and don't spintax it. I can get 90%+ in the inbox. As soon as I spintax it it even minor and check the spintax copy in mailmeteor. I only hit 30% inbox placement test. Now I can take that same spintax copy with Google inboxes and get 100% inbox on domains that are 21 days old. I don't get it is anyone having major issues with Microsoft? Mostly Micro to Google inboxes. My reply rates used to be a little over 3% now .5%
