Do you have any outreach routine?
Up at 6. Outreach at 9:30. Asleep at midnight.
That’s my real routine building outbound next to a part-time agency role: outreach replies first, about an hour of sales and outbound learning, agency work through the afternoon, a break and chores in the evening, then a night session for pending work and content.
The one thing that made a difference: outreach gets the first slot of the day, not the leftovers.
How do you fit outbound around everything else? And what do you keep postponing: setup, lead sourcing, your offer, or follow-ups?
