My one domain got blacklisted on spamhaus(.org)and reputation -17 what to do now other 3 got reputation of -2 I have not send a single cold email yet only warmup emails

I wanted to ask two quick questions: 1️⃣ How many cold emails should I send per month to start landing my first client?I’m not talking about sequences or follow-ups yet — just the number of new leads to reach out to monthly.(For example, in Facebook Ads you need at least a $100/day budget to see results — so what’s the “starting point” here in terms of leads or sends?) 2️⃣ About sending limits:According to LeadGenJay’s recent video on Inboxing.com, you can get 49 Microsoft mailboxes for $30 on one domain.If I send 5 emails per mailbox per day, that’s 245 emails/day total.But I’ve also heard people say you shouldn’t send more than 40–50 emails per domain daily.So am I overthinking this, or is sending 245/day from one domain actually risky? Appreciate any insights from experienced cold emailers 🙏Just trying to start the right way and scale safely once I get results.
