We are making classic rice crispy treats today… well, maybe with a little brown butter in there. We literally had zero purchased store made treats when I was a kid… and, sometimes, when the marshmallow gods delivered, I could make these. What is a childhood favorite classic treats you remember ? Do you still make it today ?

I buy local as much as I can and do everything to support local farmers. This is from my weekly neighborhood market, Marché du quai des Chartrons, and it is every Sunday morning.
