Advanced Baking & Pastry -YOUNG CHEF VIRTUAL CAMP
This virtual course is for the Young Chef with some more advanced skills. If you have ANY questions, please contact Chef Natalie for an assessment. Maybe we can get you there! We will learn cut in dough, short dough, pastry cream, pate choux, pot de creme, brownies (Chef Natalie's Internationally FAMOUS BROWNIES), Herb and Garlic Oil Focaccia , and quick bread dough (likely zucchini, banana, or whatever you prefer).
